Chief Executive Officer
Citizens Advice in this area has recently been reorganised through the amalgamation of bureau in Aylesbury and Buckingham town centres to streamline the service to clients while retaining offices and outreach services in both locations.
Broadly the service is run by 15 part-time and full-time staff, around 70 volunteers and achieves an income of £450k p.a. from a wide variety of sources.
We deliver advice through a standard model that is monitored and audited for quality and locally the service is adapting to new demand, specific client needs and national campaigns. The service is changing the way that advice is given by using social media, online and adviceline centres but also maintain the unique face to face client advice sessions
