Job Details
A dedicated Health Charity on the front line to bring better quality healthcare for people through on the ground research, grant giving and policy analysis are looking for an Assistant Business Support Coordinator to provide extensive operational and business support across two teams, data analytics and economics. This is a temporary role for 3 months with the possibility of a longer-term opportunity for candidates who exceed in the role.
With strong experience in a similar business support role, you will lead on all internal team administrative tasks and executive assistant support tasks for the two teams, monitoring systems and processes against business need, suggesting areas of improvement to improve service offering. Working alongside the Senior Business Coordinator, you will also manage the coordination of a varied portfolio of projects, producing regular progress reports to support project leads with delivery.
