Head of Marketing
Our client is a leading education provider based in Brighton. In the next decade, it is estimated that seven million students will be studying outside their country of birth and my client is working with academic institutions and their own colleges, to help them realise their dreams.
The Head of Marketing is a pivotal role in binding the product strategy to the international approach we need to drive success in sales and marketing to achieve the 5-Year Plan. As the product evangelist, you will create and implement the Marketing Plan which will play an integral role in positioning and marketing the brand.
Working with the College leadership team and the Sales, Admissions & Marketing leadership, you will create and implement the 5-Year Marketing Plan, with a "digital and social-media first" approach which will play an integral role in positioning and marketing the brand through their source markets, competitors and students.
The successful candidate will need to be an experienced senior international marketing professional who has experience in working in large global complex environments.
Previous experience of working with global sales teams and a proven track record in leading, developing and delivering initiatives with a strong results focus is essential.
You will need to show a strong track record in product development, be experience in digital and social media and be commercially aware but able to balance this against a requirement for academic excellence.
The ability to thrive in a changing environment is key and you must show a desire to achieve results.
