Relationship Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Relationship Manager (Community) based in Essex (Home based). The role will be responsible for developing and managing specific relationships to deliver maximum long term impact and income through effective personal relationship management across key supporter audiences.

Key responsibilities will include:
-To recruit, support and develop fundraising volunteers from existing and new audiences
-To develop and deliver strategies for long term engagement and income
-To recruit, manage, train and lead volunteers
-To account manage a portfolio of new key supporters

-Excellent relationship management skills
-Good budget management skills
-Demonstrable experience of community fundraising
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
