Job Details
One of the leading feminist charities is looking for an experienced HR Manager to guide the team in their Central London office.
During this Maternity Cover you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 (1 advisor, 1 data specialist and 1 payroll officer) through various projects, so Project management and People Management will be key.
Your team will be responsible for 185 people and will be expected to action a complete Pay Review of all staff, so employee engagement and Employment law knowledge will be key in implementing this smoothly.
They have recently begun implementing Sage People so either knowledge on working a final stage HRIS implementation process or working knowledge on Sage People will definitely be of assistance.
Please note this is an 8-month Maternity Contract paying circa £40,000.
