I'm working on an exciting six-month fixed term contract HR Advisor job for two merging woman's research charities in London. The role will be based at both offices until the merger is completed (April/ May 2019).
The offices that you'll be working from are based in Aldgate and Brixton. Both are modern and located close to a number of excellent transport links.
The HR Advisor will be providing HR generalist support to the HR team on a daily basis. You'll be working on several important projects during the contract including a change project.
The HR Advisor job's key duties includes providing support and guidance on HR matters along with supporting the L&D function. You'll be working on numerous projects including one around change along with helping the HR team with policies. Furthermore, you'll be arranging meetings and taking minutes, ensuring the documentation is typed up for key letters and reports.
If you are CIPD level 5 qualified or above and have experience of working for a non-profit organisation, then this could be the role for you. My client is looking for a HR generalist who's been part of a change management process to join their friendly HR team asap. Finally, you must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable at using MS Excel.
