Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) is the independent charity that looks after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, the Banqueting House, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle. Position: Digital Marketing & Performance Executive
Location: Tower of London
Job type: Full Time, Temporary (6 month contract)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £29,921 pro rata

About the role:

We are looking for an analytical and creative individual to join our marketing team to support both digital marketing and website performance.

You will support the Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns and analyse data to identify performance outcomes. You’ll have a specific responsibility to assist our Functions and Events team in increasing leads through digital campaigns. You’ll also support the website performance manager with tasks relating to conversion rate optimisation.

About you:

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a strong, hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, with experience in both paid search and paid social.

In addition, your knowledge of Google Analytics will enable you to confidently extract website data and create website performance reports. Your understanding and experience in using SEO and CRO techniques as well as CMS and writing for the web will also be essential in this role. Extensive knowledge of search engine marketing techniques is essential.

Your excellent interpersonal skills will not only make you an excellent team player, but will also enable you to liaise effectively with external agencies such as media planners and buyers. A strong self-motivation means that you will always be willing to be trained and to learn new skills.
