This charity is a modern and diverse provider of social care and support. Working mainly for people with learning disabilities, and also older people they challenge people to strive for greater independence. 

As Executive Assistant you will support the Director of Operations in managing efficient, high quality and person centred services for the organisation’s beneficiaries, building proactive and supportive relationships with Service Managers and other key staff, including Trustees and external organisations.

Providing confidential secretarial and administrative services you will manage the day to day affairs of the office, being the first point of contact in person and via the telephone. Your communications skills will be first class as you ensure all information regarding the charity is clear, effective and professional - including newsletters, their website and social media platforms.

To succeed in this role you will have worked within a similar position offering personal assistant support to senior managers, experience and/or understanding the charity or social care sector would be desirable.
