You will take the lead in ensuring the smooth running of our client's services within the legal requirements of CQC and any commissioner requirements. You will also attend care/support planning and review meetings and liaise with health and social care professionals involved in service users’ care as well as supporting service users in the same way as other support staff across the full range of duties providing 24 hour care.

These are full time posts, so applicants must be prepared to work the full range of shifts including weekends. You will have an understanding of management and positive role modelling. You must also be able to fulfill sleep-in or waking night requirements and be physically capable of pushing wheelchairs and supporting service users who may be physically dependent. You will need a minimum of 3 years appropriate experience and a hold a Diploma in Health & Social Care at level 3 or above.
