Prospectus are delighted to be partnering with our client on their search for a Fundraising Manager (Trusts and Grants) to join their busy and successful fundraising team. Our client's work focuses on empowering the youth of our society to thrive whilst navigating the transition into adulthood in order to live healthy, safe and happy lives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with excellent programmes and existing structures already in place.

The Fundraising Manager will actively lead on all aspects of the Trusts and Foundations strategy, securing five and six figure grants in order to fund the crucial need for trauma-informed youth work that will be integrated into the health sector. The successful candidate will prepare, develop and submit inspiring applications and reports with support from the programmes team with the broader objective of increasing funding opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will have experience of securing five figure gifts as well as building productive relationships with prospective funders. This role is perfect for a detail orientated and experienced trust fundraiser with a passion and enthusiasm for our client's work. You will manage an existing portfolio of strategic funders while also identifying prospective funding bodies too.
