Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with a London based innovative emergency response charity to support their search for a new Direct Marketing Manager who will lead on improving, developing and innovating the organisation's multi-channel donor acquisition and retention campaigns.

This is a vital and cutting edge charity that provide emergency trauma care to critically injured people across the capital. The advanced medical trauma team treats on average five people a day in life threatening situations and the individual giving team delivers a vital element of fundraising income for the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, the Direct Marketing Manager will be part of a growing and ambitious team. Responsibilities will include leading on multi-channel campaigns including (but not limited to) DRTV, Digital, Direct Mail and developing and implementing the supporter journey strategy. There is huge scope within this role to review current campaigns and make improvements as well as start new initiatives for the charity.

The successful candidate will have a background in direct marketing and will have experience of end-to-end campaign management and creative project management, for example testing and optimising new or improved products. The organisation are looking for entrepreneurial candidates to make a real impact at the charity, working closely with the Head of Individual Giving to maximise income opportunities from individual supporters.
