Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with The Children's Society to support in their search for a new Head of Supporter Relations.

The organisation are looking for someone who can transform the current supporter care team into become the beating heart of their supporter insight, exceeding satisfaction levels and continuously improving the donation processing methods. This will be a dynamic team that monitors how well communications are received and in turn inform and shape future plans.

Reporting into the Director of Supporter Communities and Groups, the Head of Supporter Relations will lead a team of nine, with two direct reports across supporter care, donation processing and legacy administration. Leading the Supporter Care team, the Head of Supporter Relations will enhance supporter experience and will be responsible for the fulfilment of services for the organisations fundraising, volunteering and campaigning activities.

The successful candidate will have valuable experience and insight into supporter care or fundraising operations and will have an energetic, proactive and optimistic attitude. The Children's Society are looking for someone with strong leadership, stakeholder management and negation skills as the position will involve working across teams internally and with external suppliers.
