To supervise the day to day running of the Listing Department and ensure operations are efficient and professional at all times.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Online Listing -Team Leader to join our dynamic ebay team and really make a difference. You will assist the eBay Management Team in the running of the eBay office and the management of a team of paid staff and volunteers. You will provide supervisory cover for other areas of the team during holiday periods, evenings and weekends as required. You will ensure that all items are listed quickly and efficiently and comply with BHF standards.

To succeed in the role you will have knowledge of eBay will be a problem-solver, a team-player and will have excellent communication skills and an acute attention to detail. You will have experience of recruiting, training and developing teams and will be able to create and organised and efficient working environment for our staff.

Applicants maybe in a current sales position, sales supervisor and have expertise in maintaining a target driven team to produce consistent results. An element of business acumen and entrepreneurial skill sets would be advantageous. Knowledge of the eBay system would be great, however we can overview online selling platforms to the right individual.

We are looking for a problem solver with a can do attitude to grow organically a very successful online department. You will have a great personality and be driven by success and over achieving targets
