Business Development Executive (Corporate Fundraising/Corporate Partnerships) 

Position: Business Development Executive - Corporate Partnerships 
Location: Central London, WC1N 
Job type: Full Time, 12-month Fixed-term contract  
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: £Competitive

About the role: 

The Business Development Executive position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a sector-leading team, focussing on multi-year partnerships and leveraging the power of the brand. The team has the benefit of a clear strategy, an inspiring cause, a fantastic charity brand as well as incredible networks. 

You will develop a broad spectrum of partnerships ranging from commercial, brand-led opportunities all the way through to employee-engagement partnerships. You will also have the unique chance to spend time at the hospital, being inspired by our amazing patients and world-class clinicians. 

About The Team: 

The Partnership Development Team works very closely with the Partnership Management Team, as well as the rest of the Charity, from Comms and Digital to Grants and Special Events. 

About you: 

You will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority. 

You will have experience of: 

- Generating new business from prospect identification through to securing deals 
- Writing creative and successful proposals, using strong commercial acumen 
- Working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally 

Your skills will include: 

- A positive and determined approach to work 
- The ability to juggle a busy workload, taking ownership and prioritising where necessary 
- An enterprising attitude which enables you to overcome hurdles and develop new ideas
