Are you an experienced Administrator? Would you like to opportunity to work for a membership charity that consists of 2,500 members some of whom are actively serving in forces?
The opportunity will see you overseeing the day-to-day administration of the membership function, ensuring that they run in a flexible and approachable fashion. You will be the main point of contact for prospective, current and retiring members on all forms of communication.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with fantastic benefits including free onsite lunches.
You will be involved with:
- Coordinating all aspects of the Admittance, Dismissal and resignation process of members
- Acting as the main point of contract for all members
- Keeping the membership database and filing up to date
- Assist in general office administration
This role will be starting in early March and you will need to be available immediately and for a minimum of 3 months.
