Our client, one of London's leading performing arts institutions, is currently looking to recruit a temporary HR Administrator for approximately 3-4 months.
As the organisation's HR Administrator, you will provide overall key administrative support to the wider team and assist with drafting and issuing of contracts, monitoring and updating HR systems, short listing, and being the initial point of contact for candidates via email, telephone and face to face. Supporting with the preparation and completion of the restructuring of the business, you will be responsible for the preparation of job descriptions and business cases, you will assist in conducting consultation meetings including writing up the notes, dealing with the recruitment and selection for new posts. You will prepare settlement agreements, calculate redundancy payments and conduct exit interviews ensuring a high quality service is upheld. Â The successful post holder will also support with drafting contractual correspondence, letters, payroll employment changes and payments.
To be considered for this post, you must have proven professional HR experience, in a fast paced environment. You will also be familiar with recruitment and HR systems, together with excellent IT and communication skills. A high level of accuracy and the ability to work proactively is essential, along with the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly.
