About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the newly formed Resource Planning Team within their Customer Support Centre (CSC). The successful candidate will have responsibility for forecasting and co-ordinating resource planning activities within the CSC, you will have a specific focus on working pattern flexibility, resource optimisation, annual leave and shrinkage control to enable all departments to achieve service level agreements.

You will also be responsible for providing insights on actual performance versus forecast, working closely with colleagues within the Resource Planning Team and the wider organisation, using this analysis to build recommendations around future performance.

You will also play an integral role in the design, implementation and development of a workforce management solution, ensuring HMLR gains full returns on its investment.

Engagement with key stakeholders including front line colleagues, senior managers, unions and external partners will be key to your success of this role.
