Research and Insight Manager
A health-based charity are looking for a Research and Insight Manager to join their team.
This role is a permanent role paying between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
As an organisation they are committed to understanding their audiences better. As Research and Insight Manager you will be responsible for supporting their social marketing campaigning and change activity - ensuring it is informed by insights about their audiences, evidence and evaluation of their impact.
Your main responsibilities will include
-Working closely with the Marketing team, plan and delivering research to inform the development of products, maximising their impact with target audiences.
-Create insight reports and recommendations that identify key messages from their research, equipping their marketing and communications team.
-Commission external research, writing briefs, managing tenders and deliver on time and budget.
-Provide analysis of research data in appropriate formats to internal teams, Senior Leadership Team, Research and Impact Committee and Board.
Their ideal candidate will have sound working knowledge of Market Research principles, methodologies and best practice.
-Ability to generate insight and create clear compelling repots for different audiences.
-Leadership and motivational skills to implement research, with a track record of engaging marketing and communications teams.
