Position: Full time

We are looking for an experienced Foundation Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of projects that align with the Foundation’s strategic objectives. Part of a small team, you will report into the Chief Executive Officer and have line management responsibility for our Grants Officer.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced manager and team player. You will drive the Foundation’s grant giving strategy and assist applicants through the process. You will liaise with a range of stakeholders and beneficiaries to develop and strengthen engagement with the Foundation.

You will be comfortable dealing with senior leaders across CareTech PLC and the Foundation’s trustees as well as external stakeholders in the charitable sector and beyond; equally, you will be able to forge strong relationships with staff across CareTech PLC to promote the Foundation and engage staff in our work.

You will be adept at managing long-term partnerships, building strong relationships with grant recipients whilst at the same time ensuring that programmes are being delivered well and in line with agreed targets. You will understand key principles around impact assessment and monitoring, with the interpersonal skills to hold partners to account.

We are looking for someone with financial management experience, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
