This prominent membership organisation is a leading professional body for their industry and one of the largest within the UK.


  • Support the development and delivery of a wide range of marketing activities
  • Plan, implement, manage and monitor targeted and segmented multi-channel campaigns and projects to promote products and services
  • Utilise a mixture of channels including web, email marketing, social media, events, etc, including the production of promotion materials, digital brochures, videos, podcasts, print and digital assets
  • Organise and manage the organisation's marketing campaign Awards activities
  • Writing tailored, engaging and concise copy and promotion across channels
  • Reviewing and analysing campaign performance - sharing results and recommending ways to improve future performance
  • Manage relationships with a range of stakeholders including external partners and suppliers, and across internal departments both in the UK and in global offices



  • Experience in campaign planning and delivery
  • Experience developing engaging copy, powerful content/messaging and ability to turn complex propositions into simple and compelling messages
  • An understanding of how to utilise a range of channels (email, social media, print, events, website) for the promotion of events, services and products
  • Awareness of Google Analytics and SEO and how this plays a part in campaign activities
  • Creative and proactive approach to work, identifying areas for improvements and making appropriate recommendations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven time management and multitasking skills with ability to prioritise time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships across the organisation and externally
  • A flexible team-player with a can do attitude


  • Previous membership/association experience would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Dotmailer, Umbraco and Magento

Job Offer

  • A salary of £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
