An exciting new opportunity within one of London's leading universities has arisen for an Executive Assistant to provide key support to the Associate and Deputy Dean. This position is being offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As the organisation's Executive Assistant, you will provide vital support to various projects across both offices. This wide-ranging role will see you actively manage all administrative duties for both members of staff. This includes diary management, travel arrangement, meeting preparation and stakeholder presentations. You will proactively manage the Associate and Deputy Dean's time, correspondences and travel, ensuring accuracy, and being able to manage a heavy workload and at time conflicting priorities. As the Executive Assistant, you will support in the delivery of strategic objectives and provide day-to-day operational support to the wider team. The post holder will be required to coordinate key events for the department, preparing project plans and agreeing responsibility amongst colleagues.

To be considered for this position, you will be a proven professional with previous experience in a similar role supporting senior executives within education. You will possess strong organisational and MS office skills, together with a high level of accuracy and time management. With demonstrable customer service and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly. With substantial administration experience in a fast-paced environment, you will also be able to use your own initiative with the ability to work independently and proactively.
