Position: Innovation Programme Manager 
Location: Flexible across England, Wales and Northern Ireland 
Contract type: Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £43,316 per annum (actual) to £48,732 per annum (actual) Depending on Location

About the role: 

This is an exciting time for Alzheimer’s Society as we look to significantly increase our investment in research and development. We have committed to investing at least £150m in dementia research and development over the next decade. In the role of Innovation Programme Manager, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of an exciting programme of innovation sprints, prototyping and testing solutions, and acceleration impactful, desirable and scalable solutions to transform dementia care.

We are looking for an individual who has experience of leading the development and delivery of insight and solution development and the scale up of innovations. You will have an excellent understanding of innovation processes and techniques and will be creative, curious and entrepreneurial.
