We have an exciting new job opportunity for an End User Computing Analyst to play a key role in resolving 2nd line customer incidents, fulfil service requests, ensuring these are efficiently and effectively handled.

You 'll be joining our dynamic team to provide support to our internal customers, including our offices based users and 740 BHF shops. Based in our London Head Office you'll join a highly supportive team, tasked with assisting users with any technical IT issues they may have. You'll take calls from internal customers, logging all issues and problems via the Service desk tool and you'll seek to deliver first time fixes within agreed SLA's, assigning incidents and requests to relevant IT teams.

About you

With a positive 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn, you'll possess good customer service, problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate with non-technical people in a clear manner.

You'll have previous experience gained working in a Service desk environment and be able to support Microsoft Operating Systems, MS Exchange, Windows 7, Active Directory, SCCM, LAN, WAN and Microsoft Office suite. Experience and knowledge of Apple iOS is highly desirable.
