Our client is looking for a creative individual to provide leadership and manage the Learning Department with responsibility for the strategic development and delivery of formal learning programmes at their Llanelli Centre.

Location: Llanelli 
Working pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week to include weekends and bank holidays
Salary: £24,790 - £26,095 per annum

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in education or environment science and will possess an education qualification or equivalent experience and a proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate formal and informal learning programmes.
