Our client is a dynamic and successful housing association that finds and implements innovative solutions and aims to provide the optimum level of service to their customers.

They have an exciting new opportunity for a PMO to lead the newly formed Project Management Office (PMO) and be responsible for implementing, tailoring and operating the PMO services across several complex and varied projects.

Working closely with the Assistant Director of Business Transformation, you will help to manage the demand for change resource and prioritise staff allocation and resources and support the Business Transformation Team with complex analysis, dependency mapping, benefits realisation and workshop facilitation.

You will manage the overall programme of governance, including the development and embedding of a common set of best practices, principles and templates for managing projects. Proactive in your approach you will ensure project and programme activities are well coordinated and reported on in an appropriate timeframe as required.

They are looking for an innovative and self-motivated individual with a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ perspective. You will be PRINCE2 qualified (or similar Project Management qualification). You will be pragmatic and organised with the ability to focus on the detail and demonstrate a practical approach when necessary.

There will be times when work may need to be conducted outside normal working hours. There is also a requirement to attend evening meetings.
