Job Details
Our client is a leading mental health organisation based just a short walk from the popular Victoria Station, and they are looking for a passionate HR Assistant to join their organisation and closely support their HR Manager.
Your role will be providing a first-class service to all employees as you will be their first point of contact in HR, while you are not expected to lend formal ER advice at this stage you are there to lend a support as much as you can and then refer them to the HR Manager. You will be given the opportunity to sit in on some Employee Relation cases and will be expected to take full notes on the meeting.
You will also be needed to assist with payroll as well as document and maintain the absence and annual leave records. With a staff count of circa 70 to succeed in this role you need to be able to work fast and effectively to manage workloads and take an active part in the recruitment process.
To really understand the position and the company you will need to be an advocate for the work and hold a real passion for mental health.
This is a permanent full time (37.5 hours) position. This role is paying £22,312.
