Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a leading health research and awareness organisation, in order to recruit their Facilities Office Manager. This is a vital role, within the Corporate Services Team, providing effective office management at the charity's London office.

The role will require the post holder to work closely with colleagues across the organisation to develop and improve the ways of working, as well as managing the communication and relationships with contractors, suppliers, landlords and the facilities team.

You will act as first point of contact for all property related matters such as regular inspections, ensuring health and safety checks are actioned, coordinating emergency evacuations procedures and recording findings.

The suitable candidate will have experience of working in a similar office management role within a busy office environment, with the proven ability to administer and manage office moves. You will have relevant health and safety knowledge with demonstrable experience of managing this process. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
