Position: Customer Support Officer
Location: Chester (Commutable from Liverpool, Northwich, Wrexham and surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave, up to 10% employer's pension contribution

About the role:
The post holder will provide a high level of customer service in response to customer orders and enquiries about the organisation's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall integrity of all customer records ensuring all records are maintained in light of changes to contact details, new / amended subscriptions, orders and enquiries etc.
- Dealing directly with customers by telephone, web and email in line with agreed guidelines.
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests for information.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
About you:
- You will have experience in Customer Service within a commercial environment.
- You will be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
- You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
You may have experience of the following: Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Assistant, Client Support, Complaints Handler, etc.
