Sense has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join our small but busy team as a Senior HR Advisor.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week at our new centre TouchBase Pears in Selly Oak Birmingham.

About the role 
This is a varied role that will see the successful candidate actively involved in a wide range of HR functions across the organisation. You will take a lead role in analysing data from a range of employee issues, produce reports and support on major projects. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for our Retail and Charity teams, offering support and guidance on a range of HR matters, policies, and procedures.

You will also assume line management responsibilities for a small team of Advisors and Administrators in the absence of the HR People Partner/Advice Team Manager.

About you 
Our ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a proven, up to date knowledge of case law, employment law and best practice. You will have experience of a wealth of HR processes including the writing and implementation of new policy.

We are looking for a confident, approachable communicator with a customer focused attitude who is able to build strong relationships with managers across the organisation. You will be IT literate and have experience using the full Microsoft Office suite and HR databases. If you’re creative, focused and able to work well both independently and as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
