Our client is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Their aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. They are currently have a vacancy for a permanent Service Manager.
Position: Service Manager
Location: Notting Hill, London
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 to £32,513 per annum
Benefits: 26 days’ annual holiday rising a day a year for the first 5 years + bank holidays, Life Assurance, Pension scheme and an Employee Health Assistance Programme. Professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
Closing date: 1st March 2019

About the role:
You would be managing a small team to deliver Support and Housing Management to residents at Dashwood House which is a supported housing project for vulnerable, young single women with support needs and three mother and baby units.
About you:
You will have experience working within a housing or social care setting and able to work with integrity, sensitivity and an understanding of those individuals they support. You will also be enthusiastic and able to maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations. You must also be flexible and capable of delivering positive outcomes through periods of challenge and change.
If you are hardworking, creative, innovative, able to think outside the box, work well on your own as well as part of a team which delivers positive outcomes and have a real passion for working with their client group then they would love to hear from you.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
