Community Support Officer (Maternity Cover)
Our client is looking for a CSO to provide maternity cover for a period of 12 months.
In this post you’ll be assessing clients’ needs & putting together Support Plans which enable & empower people with a hearing loss to live as independently as possible. Support may be around managing their tenancy, budgeting, life skills & supporting them in accessing local services. You will be visiting clients in their own homes or providing support within any one of their offices.
The ability to communicate in British Sign Language is essential to this role, therefore you should hold a BSL Level 2 certificate as a minimum standard, or have equivalent experience.
As part of your role you will be required to complete relevant assessment paperwork & adhere to the quality & standards set out by our client & associated contracts.
This position will involve regular travel throughout Cheshire, Flintshire & Wrexham, therefore a full driving licence & own transport are essential to the role.

Salary: £18,740 per annum
