Prospectus is delighted to be partnering Respond, a unique organisation that provides specialist, therapeutic services to individuals and families of those with learning disabilities or autism, with the aim of reducing trauma and abuse and the impact thereof. They utilise their clinical expertise to develop and deliver unique advocacy and support services to individuals and as such, they have helped a substantial number of individuals nationally. At an exciting time of expansion for the charity, they are now recruiting an Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Transforming Care Team in the West Midlands. This role is offered part-time, three days per week.
As their Office Coordinator, you will provide full office set-up and then all service administration, system support and team coordination to their new Transforming Care pilot service team. Customer focussed, you will act as a main communication point between the service team and internal and external stakeholders including clinical and non-clinical professionals, commissioners, providers, clients, and their families to ensure they receive an exemplary level of service. You'll work collaboratively with your team, supporting with all general administrative duties including the drafting, finalising and processing of high quality documentation, communication and service performance reporting.
To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience of providing administrative support and complex diary and scheduling management to a dispersed team. Due to the nature of support services Respond provides, you will possess the ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences including clinical and non-clinical professionals, and service users and their families, as well as demonstrable experience of organising training and events, meetings and supporting with volunteer recruitment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong IT and communication skills are essential for this role.
