If you love the arts and want to make an impact by working on the delivery of Belfast’s leading international arts festival, then we want to hear from you. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and driven individual with a successful track record; a candidate who reflects the ambition, drive and dedication needed to deliver an outstanding Festival experience for our audience and stakeholders.
You will develop, implement and manage a viable fundraising strategy and business plan, bringing new sources of income to the organisation whilst maintaining and developing existing stakeholder partnerships.
- A minimum of 3 years’ recent professional experience and demonstrable success in securing core, programme/project funding, and income generation from a range of relevant sources for the non-profit sector.
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience managing grant aid and sponsorship.
- Experience of preparing business, fundraising and strategic plans. Evaluating and presenting/reporting the outcomes to senior staff, Trustees and funders.
- Experience of preparing budgets and written financial reports.
