Help us to measure the impact Outward Bound has on young people's lives

We are on the lookout for a talented Research and Evaluation Manager to join our Evaluation Team.

As an educational charity, we use learning and adventure in the wild to teach young people the most important lesson they could ever learn: to believe in themselves. We do this so they can develop the attitudes, skills and behaviours that they need to make a positive change in their lives.

Joining an existing team of two, you will lead on and support evaluations across all areas of work, including school courses, bespoke funded programmes and apprentice and graduate programmes. You will be responsible for preparing written evaluation reports and developing new ways to communicate impact in insightful and engaging ways, including delivering presentations.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the work of the UK’s leading provider of outdoor education and an ambitious team which is at the forefront of impact research in the outdoor learning sector.
