Job Details
TPP is proud to be recruiting for a Fundraising Officer for a mental health charity. The charity provides vital mental health services, treatment, and advice across London and has been established for over 40 years. This is a permanent, part time position (30 hours a week or 4 days) paying £28,667 pro rata (£22,934 actual salary).
You will be joining a small team whereby your focus will be to generate income from trusts and foundations. You will write and submit applications to small-medium Trusts and Foundations worth £10k to £60k. You will also support and coordinate community fundraising activities which could include challenge events. You will be expected to raise awareness of the charity through presentations to community groups/public events.
To be successful in this role you will need a proven track record in Grants/Trust/Foundation fundraising and have a willingness to get stuck into other areas of fundraising. In this role, it is essential to have sound communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with stakeholders and members of the public.
