Family Engagement Manager
Our client is a national charity that supports those affected by imprisonment and their children and families.
Position: Family Engagement Manager (Scale 2)
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 18.75 hours per week, Mon - Sun
Salary: £11,000 per annum (FTE £22,000)

Interviews commencing week beginning: 05 March 2019
About the role:
As Family Engagement Manager you will lead on family casework and manage our client’s Family team, overseeing visits, play and children’s services.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving offenders and / or their families.
You will have experience of casework with service users, and of maintaining clear, up to date records. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding work load.
You will have the ability to contribute to planning and development of our client’s family work and also have knowledge of safeguarding / child protection practice.
Furthermore you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in build partnerships with a range of agencies.
