This important HR Manager role will be developing and managing the HR function for a youth charity that aims to give young people a brighter future. The charity is based in the heart of London close to both Farringdon and Barbican station.
This fantastic role will be covering all areas of HR and will play a key part in helping the charity smoothly merge and expand.
The main duties include developing and reviewing the HR policies along with identifying opportunities and risk. You'll be leading on a number of projects including GDPR and developing the L&D function. Furthermore you'll play a huge part in recruiting new staff in line with moving to the new office and finally, you'll be involved in staff disciplinaries and performance management when required.
This is a brilliant role for an experienced HR Manager who enjoys a varied role. If you're CIPD level 5 qualified or above and have strong knowledge of payroll administration and employment law this could be the perfect role for you.
