Our client is seeking an Employer Liaison Officer to support the Employment Liaison Manager in developing relationships with employers in West and North West London with the aim of securing employment and volunteering opportunities for their customers.

Location: Pan London
Salary: circa £24,500
Contract: 18 months Fixed Term
37.5 hours per week
Our client's Employment, Skills and Youth Programmes deliver bespoke services to increase the prospects of young people and adults in order for them to move into sustainable employment, training and educational opportunities.
You will require extensive demonstrable experience of networking and building strong external relationships, experience of making initial contacts including cold calling and you will have a good understanding of some of the barriers faced by the clients to seeking work within the Welfare to Work Sector.
You will also be able progress and maintain positive relationships with employers, customers, funders, providers and partners.

They deliver over 500 projects each year aimed at: supporting people to stay in education, gain new skills and secure employment; reducing their environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste minimisation, reuse and recycling; and engaging communities and enterprise in improving their environment.
