Evolving Communities is an independent community interest company providing a professional consultancy service specialising in the research, evaluation and public engagement which helps health and social care organisations plan and/or review their services from public, staff, and all stakeholder perspectives. An important part of our work is managing and supporting the work of Healthwatch teams in the South West.
We now seek a Chief Executive Officer to lead our small head office and external teams, and move us into the next phase of growth by developing, leading and implementing our 5 year strategy and plans
Our vision is for everyone to have a voice in influencing positive changes in their health and care services.
Who we are looking for
We need an inspirational individual who shares our commitment for shaping health and social care services to move the organisation to the next level.
The successful candidate will have real empathy with our mission and will be passionate about maximising our impact, with the ability to inspire and engage staff.
You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record which has included strong leadership, financial awareness, strategic and lateral thinking and planning. You will have problem solving and highly developed communication skills.
You will be responsible for teams of staff across different locations, so management and leadership experience is essential. You must also be financially aware with proven experience in budgeting, planning, and income generation.
