The Money Advice Service Funded Debt Advice Project (MASDAP) is a well-established project assisting clients in Telford and the Wrekin to deal with their debts and to get back on track with their lives. There are currently 3 paid advisers, plus volunteers supporting clients to manage their debt issues.
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, preferably with Citizens Advice experience, good communication and organisational skills to join the team. The post holder should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as well as a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service.
Hours: 29.6 hours per week (4 days - Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri)
Salary: £18,319 pa pro rata
Length of Contract: End March 2021
Employer’s Pension Contribution: Auto Enrolment
Responsible to: Projects Coordinator
