Kew Foundation
Director, Business Services
Competitive Salary

Kew Foundation raises over £20m a year, which is over a third of the income required to support the ambition of RBG, Kew.  Our activities ensure that everything we do, from income received, to events, to donor and member communications supports the organisation. The Foundation’s vision is to be recognised as an excellent example of fundraising and membership best practice in the sector.

We are currently in the planning stages of a major international fundraising campaign, and this is an outstanding opportunity to play a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational planning for the campaign.  You will also lead the strategic development and delivery across a team of 20 to ensure all business and support processes enable the Foundation to deliver against its strategic objectives for growth.

With significant experience leading research, data and operational teams within a fundraising department of a high-performing organisation, you will bring strong change and project management skills, alongside experience of managing a programme of multiple complex projects.  Good team management experience is essential alongside your ability to work collaboratively internally and externally.  Critical to your success will be your proactive approach, ability to work at pace and your commitment to delivering ‘best in class’ business services for the Foundation.
