We are looking for an experienced project manager who is passionate about reducing and preventing the bullying of children and young people at school, in the community and online.

Senior Development Officer – Anti-Bullying Alliance
Ref: 1841
Location: London based, 35 hours p/w
Salary: £36,035 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term to March 31st 2020

As a member of both the Anti-Bullying Alliance and Sex Education Forum team (both based at leading children’s charity the National Children’s Bureau) you will lead a cross team programme to reduce homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying.

The role requires strong project management, organisational and budget monitoring skills, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience and knowledge of the school system in England and anti-bullying policy and practice.

Candidates should be able to evidence success at working with a range of partner organisations at national and local level, including in government and of supporting and developing practice.

A genuine interest in the issues that face children, young people and their families in relation to bullying is essential.
