They are currently looking for someone who is experienced in support work to join their tenancy sustainment service.  This service provides intensive support to customers who are at serious risk of losing their home if intervention is not provided. 

You will take ownership of a diverse and ever-evolving caseload of vulnerable customers, delivering an excellent, consistent and responsive service that enables them to live independently and improve their quality of life.  Understanding the issues faced by their customers, you will proactively source a range of support to enable them to address these. 

Demonstrable experience of working with vulnerable people is essential and you must have a track record of working in partnership to deliver positive outcomes.  Knowledge of housing and welfare practice is required and you should understand the issues around the misuse of drugs and alcohol, domestic abuse, anti-social behaviour, the protection of children and vulnerable adults. 

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
