About our client

Our client is the leading learning disability charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. They provide high-quality services in housing, employment, education and day-to-day support. They also provide forward-thinking solutions to housing funding, allowing more people to live independently in a place they choose.

They give expert advice through their helplines and website. And they are on the front line, campaigning for the changes that people with a learning disability want and need. Through fundraising, research and campaigning, they are working for a better future. Through their projects and programmes they are trialling ground-breaking work to promote inclusion. Through their services they are giving the people they support the life choices and freedoms they want.

Our client also firmly believes that they offer a truly great place to work! In a recent staff survey 96% of the fundraising directorate said they were proud to work for the organisation and that they are committed to doing their very best for the cause.

They love individuality and the unique perspective that every single colleague brings, but they do have a set of core values that show what each and every person stands for – they are inclusive, trustworthy, caring, challenging and positive.
