About the role: 

We’re looking for an Executive and Directorate Planning Assistant to join our Income Generation team in London. 

With a 60% focus on business planning support, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with good interpersonal, organising, planning and business analysis skills to work in our Income Generation Directorate. 

The Executive and Directorate Planning Assistant will provide logistical support (30% of the time) to the Executive Director and the Fundraising Leadership Team. You’ll support activities to develop and implement our income generation strategy; including how we monitor and report on the delivery of directorate and team plans. 

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support the Executive Director meet their objectives efficiently by providing a range of executive and functional services. You will work as part of the Directorate to ensure that the operations and internal communications run efficiently. 
You will work with the Fundraising Leadership Team and Finance Business Partner to support planning, monitoring and reporting processes, whilst also supporting the design and implementation of improvements to these processes. 

As part of this role you will manage a Directorate Administrator based in Salford. 

About you: 

To be effective in this role you will need to work closely with all teams within the directorate, to ensure that our plans are well integrated and across the wider organisation, not least with other Directors’ support teams and with the CEO’s office. 

You may have experience of the following: Directorate EA & Planning Assistant, Business Manager, Business Coordinator, Executive Assistant, EA, Personal Assistant, PA, Planning Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Operations Assistant, Business Analyst, Business Analysis, Charity, NFP, Third Sector, etc.
