Job Title: HR Advisor

Hours / contract: 36 hours per week/ 12-month contract

Salary: £32,000, plus excellent benefits

Location: London

We are working in partnership with a prestigious national institution to find a new HR Adviser to join their busy HR team on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this world-renowned organisation and provide essential HR support for the team. The work environment and benefits are second to none, and you will be working at the heart of the buzzing community.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Working towards a professional qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
  • Relevant generalist HR experience
  • Experience of providing HR advice and support to managers and other staff
  • Experience of working on projects with set outcomes and timescales from an HR perspective
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment legislation and professional HR issues
  • Diagnostic skills

 

You will be a natural communicator, with strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills. This a brilliant chance to join the dynamic team at this wonderful organisation.
