Job Details
TPP are proudly working on a Major Donor Manager position for a unique education and health charity based in London.
A great role within a small to mid-sized charity, this role will work towards the organisations new five-year fundraising strategy and focus on high net worth individuals. A strategic role you will be working with a budget of £200k and will focus on six figure donations. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you will take the lead on major donor fundraising whilst line managing a Major Donor Officer who will give you key support!
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience of building new relationships with high net worth individuals
- Confidence in securing five and six figure gifts
- Great communication skills and ability to build key relationships face to face
- Experience with managing budgets and ideally line management
