Job Details
One of my large UK charity clients are looking for a temporary HR Business Partner to come join their team for 3 months. You'll be working in a brilliant team who are friendly and knowledgeable.
This important HR Business Partner role will be supporting the HR team and organisation for 3 months. The role is paying £18.68 basic per hour PAYE.
The charity looks to eradicate poverty across the world and the office you'll be working from is located very close to both the overground and Victoria line in Zone 1. The office is modern and open planned with views of the River Thames.
The main duties of this HRBP position is to lead on ER cases and manage the performance review process. You'll also be ensuring the HR policies are up to date and the HR practice and processes are in line with the UK employment law.
The culture of the team is friendly , professional and dynamic. They're looking for someone who's pro active and able to build excellent relationships across the whole of the charity.
