Our client is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Their aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. They are currently going through a large period of growth and have a vacancy for a Waking Night Concierge.

Position: Night Concierge
Location: Mildmay House, Liverpool (Commutable from Southport, Manchester, Northwich and Wrexham)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £14,025 - £18,975 per annum dependant on experience

About the role:

The purpose of the post is to provide an on-site presence at supported accommodation operated by our client, which includes waking cover overnight both during the weekdays and at weekends, between hours specified by the local management team.

The post will work both alone and with others in part to providing a presence when support staff are not on site, ensuring the security of the building

About you:

You will be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will be confident and have the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people including clients, staff, external agencies and local neighbours. You will be able to diffuse difficult situations in a calm manor and contact relevant agencies as appropriate.
