About the role

Based at TouchBase Pears our newly built state of the art centre in Selly Oak, you’ll take the lead for reviewing and enhancing our HR systems and providing insight into what our people data is telling us.

As a Systems Information Manager you’ll work with across our business with our core customer groups; social care, education, retail and charity. You will need to develop an in depth understanding of the systems requirements and data drivers for each group.

This is a great time to join Sense. With our new CEO, we’re working together to finalise our new strategy and in HR we’re right at the start of some really exciting projects. We are currently working on raising the profile of Sense as an employer, increasing ways to engage with our workforce, rationalising our HRIS and payroll systems, enhancing our leadership and management development offer and much more.
